The summer billing season period began on May 1 and it runs through October 31. During this time of year, electricity rates are higher than during the winter season. The peak hours change as well:
Semi-Peak: 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.
On-Peak 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Semi-Peak 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Off-Peak: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
