On Saturday, March 11th, Councilmember Lorie Zapf is teaming up with I Love a Clean San Diego for an Ocean Beach Spring Cleaning Event. Come volunteer to clean up bike racks along Newport, pick up trash along the beach, remove graffiti, and much more. The event begins at 8:30 AM at Veterans Plaza.
