Come and join the Pt Loma Rotary, the students, teachers, and parents of Warren-Walker School, local merchants and the concerned citizens of Ocean Beach in “Clean the Beach Day”. Meet at the Veterans Park (at the corner of Abbott and Newport).
What better way to encourage good stewardship of our natural resources, spend time with your family and friends, and most of all show your children the importance of community service and involvement.
Reusable bags, buckets, gloves and grabber will be available for those that do not have their own supplies. Wear comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes, hat and sunscreen. Don’t forget your reusable cup or bottle to stay hydrated (single-bottles are highly discouraged).
