The Director of the San Diego Public Library has asked the public, "What can the library do to make this neighborhood better?" You can answer this question by calling 619 376-2396 and entering location code 010. A series of questions about programming follows. Then, there is a short open-ended opportunity to say whatever you want. I said, "Expand the OB Library for better programming."
