I'm an OB raised kid and have many fond memories of the OB pier. I have lived in various places around OB and still call it home at 30 years old. Catching sharks at night with my dad, watching sunrises and sunsets and late night strolls. The best memory I have, is my high school sweetheart proposing to me. We met at PLHS in 2001. I was a sophomore and he was a junior. Eight years later in 2009, we went for a walk on the pier where he asked me to marry him. We have been together for nearly 15 years now and that will always be our fondest memory.
