UnWINEd with San Diego’s First Vino Vinyasa at The Wine Pub
Outdoor yoga class pairs with wine on March 13
SAN DIEGO, February 29, 2016— Now you can stretch while you sip at The Wine Pub’s newest featured event, Vino Vinyasa. On Sunday, March 13 at 3 p.m., The Pub’s heated patio will transform to a yoga studio for the first time to relieve stress, find balance and indulge in a glass of wine.
“Vino Vinyasa is the rejuvenation you didn’t know you needed,” said Sandy Hanshaw, owner of The Wine Pub. “We’re offering another deliciously healthy opportunity for our customers to enjoy what we enjoy: sipping and stretching. We encourage healthy living with a glass of good wine within arms reach.”
Hanshaw brings the community a new way to say “om” based on her own passion for living a health-conscious lifestyle without sacrificing her love for wine. The trendy event overlaps with Daylight Savings, and participants are encouraged to “spring forward” and celebrate the extra hour of sunlight with sun salutations.
The Wine Pub chose neighborhood instructor Katie Polin to lead a strong, alignment-based Vinyasa flow to help people achieve and maintain an optimal balance for mind and body. Polin assists her San Diego clients to reduce stress levels and weight, cope with anxiety and depression, and increase muscle tone and flexibility.
Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome to slip into the sunset with Point Loma’s best-kept secret, The Wine Pub. To purchase a $20 ticket, please click here. For more information, visit www.thewinepubsd.com.
