Back by popular demand, San Diego’s master Chocolatier David Bacco joins San Diego’s award-winning Winemaker Keith Rolle for an unforgettable evening of Exotic Chocolate and World Class Wine.
This curated event features 6 carefully selected wines paired with 6 different chocolates from around the world.
Keith will discuss the wine making process and his particular style of wine. You’ll learn by tasting! The grapes are sourced from Washington state and from the Sierra Foothills in Amador County California.
David will explain the how chocolate is made and demonstrate the nuances that each of the sources bring to the finished product. Again, you’ll learn by tasting! His cacao is sourced from Venezuela, Madagascar, Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Peru, Tanzania, Bolivia, Equador and Ghana.
