Gianni Buonomo Vintners Winemaker Keith Rolle has carefully selected 6 of his wines to pair with 6 cheeses in a casual, Saturday afternoon in the barrel room at the beach.
We’ll taste contrasts like sweet wine with salty cheese as well as complementary pairings like bold and rustic wine with big, powerful cheese… and many other wonderful combinations.
This promises to be a fun and educational afternoon of gustation.
