Oil Stain Cleaning Company cleans Newport Avenue for the OB MainStreet Association from Sunset Cliffs Blvd. to Abbott Street every day. To ensure they are meeting expectations, OSCCO recently distributed a survey to Newport businesses, which asked for a rating on 5 different categories - Litter & Debris; Graffiti & Stickers; Biological Hazards; Cleanliness of Sidewalks; and Availabilty of Trash Bins and Cigarette Butt Receptacles.
29% of surveys were completed and returned, with an overall satisfaction rate of 94%. The highest satifaction rate was on (the lack of) Graffiti & Stickers and Biohazards. The lowest rate of satisfaction was on Availabilty of Trash Bins and Cigarette Butt Receptacles. Each returned survey was entered into a drawing for one of two $25 giftcards for Wonderland. The winners were Azucar and James Gang.
