This Sunday, May 4th, the Force awakens in Ocean Beach as California Wild Ales throws down its wildest Star Wars celebration yet. Starting at 1PM, both the OB and Midway locations will transform into cantina-style party zones with Star Wars movies streaming all day, the epic sounds of John Williams on blast, and a costume contest for galactic glory.
They’ll be pouring some seriously nerdy brews and specialty pours that pay tribute to the galaxy far, far away:
- C3-POrter – Roasty and fluent in over 6 million taste profiles
- Sai-son Jinn – A wise, puncheon-aged saison
- Sith Happens – A barrel-aged stout from the Dark Side
- It’s a Trap-ricot – A sneak-attack apricot sour aged in barrels
- Juicy Jedi IPA – A hazy, hop-forward ale bursting with balance and flavor
- Jabba the Hop – Funky, fruity sour ale
- Imperial Strike IPA – Bold bitterness with a rebel punch
- Lightsaber Lager – Crisp, clean, and light-speed refreshing
Oh, and did we mention the return of our famous Sith Sauce Micheladas? Yeah, those too.
