Join us for a lavish evening old-world fun. Two local experts will be pairing hand-made artisan chocolates and hand-made artisan wines.
Point Loma Chocolatière Jen Muratore, founder of The Elegant Truffle, meets Ocean Beach Sommelier Maryse Gagné of Gianni Buonomo Vintners. They’ve creatred an amazing FIVE wine-FIVE chocolate pairing for you.
Jen’s creativity is featured by how she incorporates exciting ingredients into her chocolates. From espresso beans to macadamia nuts and exotic butters, Jen can pretty much do it all.
One of her pairings on Thursday will be a dark chocolate truffle made of Gianni Buonomo Charbono wine. It is the same Charbono that just won DOUBLE-GOLD at the 2018 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
This is truly wine and chocolate at its finest.
