The OBMA recently welcomed Deborah Waugh of Cosmic Pops to their association. Deborah has participated in big plans to participate in the OB Farmers Market this spring - so look for her popsicle tricycle on Newport Ave. Also, look to see her colorful and delicious trike at the upcoming Kiwanis Kite Festival. Celebrating it's 65th year, the festival has moved to Dusty Rhodes Park in order to accommodate the kite flyers, kite builders and food and craft vendors.
