On Saturday, December 13th from 2-5pm Surfrider San Diego will celebrate Rise Above Plastics Day at Blue Dot Refill (4799 1/2 Voltaire St.) and two other locations. Volunteers will be onsite handing out free reusable bags (while supplies last) and raising awareness about the harmful impacts of single-use plastics on our oceans, waves and beaches.
In addition, Blue Dot Refill will be donating 15% of sales on Rise Above Plastics Day to the Surfrider Foundation San Diego County Chapter! So be sure to stop by and refill your shampoo, soap, body care products, and cleaning supplies. Holiday gift items are also available. Include the Refill to treat your gift recipient twice as nice or let them Refill at a discount.
