This special meeting will be held on the 2^nd Thursday of October at noon. After the Annual Meeting, the regularly scheduled OBMA Board of Directors will commence.

At this meeting our members, associates and public are welcome to virtually attend the meeting. As with all our meetings, the members and public have the opportunity to speak during non-agenda comment and will have 2 minutes. Details regarding the 2024 Ocean Beach Restaurant Walk will be available in the fall.

You and your business are invited to participate in the local foodie event of the year – the 2024 Restaurant Walk - Taste of Ocean Beach. Restaurant Walk will feature up to 40 of OB's fantastic restaurants, breweries, and bars. This event raises crucial funds to support community initiatives and events, including the beloved OB Holiday Parade and Tree, and the annual Food and Toy Drive.

Participating is a great way to showcase your business. By sharing small tasting samples of a signature dish or drink, you can get your best product into the hands of hundreds of OBCeans. This event is an outstanding opportunity to engage new customers and celebrate your local regulars. We hope that you will consider joining in this year’s fun!

Marketing and Exposure Opportunities:

• Your business will be advertised in event promotional materials, including features on social media, in email blasts, in online advertising, on our websites, and on printed marketing materials.
• Your business will be included on 750 event tickets and on the event map.
• Hundreds of customers will visit your business during the event (businesses receive 350-500 event attendees the night of the event).

Additional Info:

• There is no participation fee, and each business will receive two complimentary tickets.
• We will deliver an event information packet/tips sheet including a “host” sign” on (date to be determined)
• There will be a free trolley with multiple stops that will shuttle event attendees throughout OB, from Newport Avenue to Voltaire Street to Sunset Cliffs Blvd. and back, encouraging attendees to visit and discover as many participating businesses as possible. 
• This is a family-friendly event. Must be 21 years old to enter bars.
