Board of Directors

Meetings are on the 2^nd Thursday of each month at noon unless otherwise noted. At these meetings, our elected board of directors meets with the Executive Director and staff to review the work of the committees, review financials, approve changes, and tackle issues important to our member businesses.

As with all our meetings, the members and public can speak during non-agenda comments and will have 2 minutes.

Agendas will be posted at our office and online 72 hours before the meeting. Anyone wishing to speak to an agenda item should fill out the form below to receive the Zoom link with any additional information about the meeting. Agenda comments are limited to 2 minutes.

Please review the following information if you want to run for a board position with the OB MainStreet Association.

The requirements necessary to run are:

• Must be an OBMA member in good standing.
• Must have served on one of OBMA's committees for at least one year.
• Will have time to devote to monthly board meetings, committees, and special events.
